Job Qualifications

A Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution with the following specifications:

  1. Shorthand  II (80 wpm)
  2. Typewriting III (50 wpm) / CDP II
  3. Communication skills II
  4. Commerce II
  5. Office Management II
  6. Secretarial Duties II
  7. Basic Book keeping
  8. Be computer literate – Ms word, Excel and Power point
  • Atleast two (2) years experience.
  •
